Located right in the heart of Jeju City, it's just across from Lotte Duty-Free, and there are four bus lines stopping right outside the hotel—perfect for heading straight to the airport. Buses to Seogwipo and Gwaneumsan Sunrise Peak (with a transfer needed) are also nearby, making local travel super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful, all speaking fluent Chinese, which made communication easy and comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Plus, having a 7-Eleven right in the lobby is such a game-changer—grabbing snacks or drinks late at night is no hassle. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. One thing to mention—during our December visit, there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the window for ventilation. However, the location more than makes up for it: walking distance to Heaven City, Emart, Lotte Mart, and Olive Young—all within 5–10 minutes. The 1616 room has only a door and no windows, which might be a concern for guests who prefer natural light or better airflow. Still, the overall value, convenience, and central location make this a top choice for families visiting Jeju. We’d definitely return.
