Staying at AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—right next to a metro station and bus stop, with airport shuttle services just steps away. Across the street, you'll find a convenience store, plenty of restaurants, and even an Olive Young for all your skincare needs. The neighborhood feels safe and clean, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering great value. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Gangnam—it's a perfect base for exploring the area.

Everything was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, where the glass-enclosed shower kept water splashes contained—no more wet sinks or toilets! A large refrigerator and microwave were handy for storing drinks and reheating takeout meals, and daily complimentary bottled water made staying in even more comfortable. Just a minute down the hall on the basement level is a clean, 24-hour coin laundry—perfect for longer stays. Plus, the area around the hotel is packed with traveler-friendly options: affordable kimbap shops, Mega Coffee, and other familiar chains right at your doorstep. We had a bit of a nightmare with our original booking—self-check-in didn’t work out, and we were scrambling around midnight. Thankfully, we found this hotel nearby, and to our relief, the front desk was still open past 1 AM. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. The room was small but perfectly functional—everything you’d need: comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and good AC. It’s super well-located near Dongdaemun, just a short walk to subway stations and shopping areas. We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained it felt for the price. If you’re in Seoul and need a last-minute spot with great service and convenience, this is definitely worth considering. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect – one of the best values I've experienced in Seoul! I’d definitely come back again. The location is unbeatable: right next to Subway Line 2, the main artery of the city’s transit network, making it easy to reach almost any destination. Just across the street is Dongdaemun Market, and it's only two stops to Myeongdong – home to Lotte Duty Free and tons of great shops and eats. The Airport Bus 6001 stops right at the hotel, just a 5-minute walk away – no stress with transfers. Convenience stores are everywhere nearby, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There’s a friendly guy on staff who speaks Chinese, which made things so much easier, especially for luggage storage. Even though it’s not on a busy road, there’s a police station right at the corner – and I actually saw officers patrolling in their car late at night. That kind of security really adds peace of mind. If you want comfort, convenience, and a safe, welcoming stay in Seoul, this place is a must-try.

The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.
