Even the bathroom felt like it had just been cleaned for a new guest. High-quality toiletries, a separate hand-wash detergent, and a giant brand-new roll of tissues—small things, but they show how much care goes into the experience. It’s located right next to the Fisherman’s Wharf, super convenient for parking, and close to all the local attractions. Despite being around for years, everything still looks fresh and well-maintained. My room included breakfast and afternoon tea—both were delicious. The dumplings were flavorful, and the tiramisu was rich and perfect. The host was incredibly kind and even upgraded me to a sea-view room with a private outdoor balcony. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. If I ever come back to Dalian, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. From the ambiance to the service, every aspect felt premium. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.
