The location is incredibly convenient, right on a major road with easy access to the subway station nearby—perfect for getting around Hangzhou. Parking spots in front of the hotel are limited, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and offered to reimburse parking fees if we parked at a nearby lot (even though I ended up parking right at the entrance, they still honored the promise). That kind of customer care really stood out. The room we were assigned was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice layout—comfortable and quiet. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear the team values guest experience, and with such a great price-to-quality ratio, I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Hangzhou.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.
