The parking lot is located behind the hotel, so if you're driving, it's best to arrive early. When I checked in around 2:30 PM on Thursday, there were still four or five spots available. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Super convenient, clean, and great value. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Urumqi.

They also handed over an extra breakfast voucher—normally only one for members, now we had two. That little touch made a big difference. Breakfast was solid: fresh hot dishes kept being replenished even at 9:30 AM, which was great. Only minor note—there weren’t many buns or flower rolls left by then, but I guess they were trying to minimize waste, so totally understandable. Cleanliness was on par with what you’d expect from a major chain hotel—no issues at all. The surrounding area is a bit messy due to ongoing metro construction, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, so we took it in stride. The building itself feels a bit dated—small entrance, hard to spot from the street, partly because of the construction nearby. The TV was disappointing: only a few CCTV channels worked, CCTV6 was completely unavailable, and on-demand content required a membership fee. Even screen mirroring didn’t work. It’s frustrating that this issue has been reported before—and still hasn’t been fixed after nearly a year. That raises some concerns about how seriously the management takes guest feedback. On the bright side, the smart speaker integration for controlling room features was a real plus—it’s convenient, modern, and added a nice tech upgrade to the stay.
