The only downside is that the property is on the fifth floor without an elevator, which can be tiring when carrying luggage. Also, due to the room’s orientation, direct sunlight floods in during the afternoon, making it quite hot inside, especially since there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, considering the price point, this is still excellent value for money. There’s a nearby public parking lot charging 30 yuan per day, which isn’t cheap but at least offers a reliable option. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for travelers who prioritize location, friendly service, and a unique, modern vibe.
