Staying at Sofitel Harbin was absolutely the right choice! The hotel was spotless and immaculately clean throughout—every corner showed attention to detail. Before arrival, a personal concierge called to confirm our preferences and even arranged the room accordingly. That level of thoughtful service made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff radiated genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel like we were being greeted by friends from beautiful Northeast China. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was smooth and memorable. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin.
Staying at the Harbin Engineering University International Exchange Center located right on campus was an absolute convenience. Being inside the university grounds meant I didn’t have to worry about transportation—everything I needed was just steps away. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The lobby had complimentary drinks and coffee, which was a nice touch in the morning. What really stood out was the airport pickup service—no stress, no hassle, just a smooth arrival with a friendly driver waiting. The staff were attentive and professional throughout my stay. If you're visiting Harbin for academic or cultural reasons and want a comfortable, convenient, and uniquely situated place to stay, this is a top recommendation.
The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but they allowed us to settle in right away—so convenient! To make things even better, I accidentally lost a ring, and the owner personally searched every nook and cranny until it was found. Truly amazing service. The room is spacious, bright, and warmly heated—perfect for a chilly winter stay. Everything you need for daily hygiene is neatly provided, and the layout makes using the facilities super easy. Even after check-out, they offered free luggage storage, which made our travel plans so much smoother. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and overall value make this place stand out. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin.
Located right in the heart of Harbin, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the front desk staff. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. Everything you’d expect from a clean, quiet, and cozy stay—plus it’s just a short walk from major attractions and transportation hubs. With such great value and excellent service, it’s no wonder I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, affordable place to stay in Harbin.
Staying at Fuqiang Express Hotel in Harbin was a great experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size—comfortable without feeling cramped. I appreciated how quiet and tidy it was, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated near a bustling shopping area with plenty of dining options and convenience stores within walking distance. Public transportation is also nearby, making it easy to get around the city. For the price, the value is excellent—great cleanliness, friendly staff, and a very convenient base for exploring Harbin. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again on my next visit.
Staying at Harbin Tianzhu Apartment was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and offered excellent sound insulation—no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The heating system worked incredibly well; I actually felt too warm after just a few minutes inside! That said, the bathroom did have some moisture buildup and didn’t dry out quickly, which left a slight damp smell. Still, given how affordable the rate was, it’s hard to complain. For the price, the comfort and convenience more than make up for it. The location is also very accessible, with easy subway access to downtown attractions. Definitely a solid choice if you're visiting Harbin on a budget.
I stayed overnight and was really impressed overall. The shared bathroom is quite clean and functional—perfect for showering without any concerns. It’s not too far from the convention center, making it convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. Public transportation nearby makes getting around easy, and the location is just right. Great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Harbin.
I stayed at Runshang Hotel (Harbin Engineering University) for seven nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel upgraded me to a double room without any extra charge—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with both air conditioning and heating, making it pleasant regardless of the weather. Though the hallway feels a bit dim, the room itself was bright and well-maintained. Its location is one of the biggest pluses: just a 5-minute walk to Harbin Engineering University metro station and right next to an airport bus stop, so getting around town or heading to the airport was super easy. Even better, there’s a beautifully snow-covered park directly opposite the hotel—perfect for a quiet morning stroll. The staff were warm and helpful despite the language barrier, offering clear directions and useful tips about local attractions. Overall, this was a fantastic stay for the price. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Harbin, I highly recommend this hotel.
Harbin has been getting more popular lately, and it’s definitely true that the city gets crowded! I chose to stay in Daowai mainly for the great value. The IKEA Boutique Hotel is perfectly located—super convenient for public transport, just a short walk from the riverfront, the Chinese Baroque Style Street, and the mosque. There are morning markets right around the corner, so grabbing breakfast is both affordable and super easy. On one side, there’s a local convenience store with fresh snacks and a bakery—perfect for quick bites. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. I stayed for six days, and every time I came back, they greeted me like an old friend. The room itself is fantastic—fully equipped, excellent ventilation, reliable air conditioning, and a shower with strong water pressure and consistently comfortable temperature. It’s absolutely ideal for solo travelers. Most of Harbin’s attractions are scattered across the city, but unless you’re heading out to the 731 site in the suburbs, over 80% of the main sights are reachable within 30 minutes by public transit—no need to worry about getting around. I even got caught in a sudden downpour, and my shoes and clothes were soaked. But thanks to good airflow in the room, everything dried overnight—no hassle at all! Overall, this stay was top-notch. I’d happily come back again. Thanks for such a pleasant experience!
Staying at Qinghua Hotel was an absolute delight! The room isn’t huge, but it’s thoughtfully designed—cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The bedding was crisp and white with no stains or odors, making for a truly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with reliable 24-hour hot water and decent-quality toiletries. What really stood out was the staff—super friendly and helpful from check-in onward. They were quick, efficient, and even gave me great recommendations for nearby attractions and local eateries. Any request I had during my stay was handled promptly. Location-wise, it’s convenient—just a short subway ride to the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. While there’s no breakfast, parking, fitness center, or on-site dining, the price is incredibly fair considering everything else. In fact, similar hotels in the area charge significantly more. For such a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place at this rate, it’s hard to beat. If I’m back in Harbin, this will be my go-to choice without hesitation.
The hotel is incredibly easy to find—right next to the main road and just a short walk from the railway station. Parking is available at the lot directly across from the building, and the hotel covers the parking fee, which is a nice touch. The doorman on the ground floor was exceptionally friendly—he opened doors, helped with luggage, and even pressed the elevator button for me. The front desk is on the second floor, where staff were warm and welcoming. They offered hot towels, afternoon tea snacks, and freshly brewed coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. They also took time to explain all the room amenities in detail, showing genuine care. Everything about this stay felt personalized and well-organized. If you're visiting Harbin, this is definitely a top choice for comfort and convenience.
Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything from fresh pastries and local specialties to international favorites—was both delicious and well-presented. Afternoon tea was equally impressive, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared treats. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.
