The name says it all—the ambiance is elegant, refined, and warmly inviting, blending sophistication with comfort. The room layout is smart, the furnishings high-quality, and the view from the window opens up to the heartbeat of the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. A friendly front-desk attendant not only helped carry my luggage upstairs but also patiently re-arranged my room to one I was truly happy with. Even better, welcome fruits and a little pack of monkey head mushroom cookies were waiting in my room—a sweet touch that made me smile. The next day, after running errands until 3 PM, I returned exhausted, only to find my phone dead and unable to check in due to a queue at the front desk. I was frustrated and drained, just wanting to collapse into my room. Then I noticed a calm, clear-eyed staff member—later learned to be the assistant manager, Xiao Li—who kindly listened to my situation. We stayed at Hongguang Hotel during National Day with our family of four, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station with both Line 2 and Line 4 nearby, making it easy to reach places like Jianghan Road in just four stops. We booked the Executive Deluxe Twin Room, and even during peak season, the price was very reasonable—great value for money. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for our whole family. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: a delivery robot brought our takeout straight to the door, and we received four bottles of water daily, plus fresh toilet seat covers. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From location and cleanliness to service and overall comfort, everything was top-notch.
