Located right next to Tianjie Shopping Mall, with Haidilao just across the street, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. The location is also excellent for public transit—just a short walk to Zhongsheng Metro Station, making it easy to reach New City Science Park and other key areas. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment came with all the essentials: a washing machine, hairdryer, and refrigerator—perfect for longer stays or business travelers. The only minor issue was that the heating from the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough during cooler evenings, but this is something that could be improved. Despite that, the value for money is outstanding, and I’d definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, central, and well-equipped stay in Nanjing.

Staying at Cuiling Apartment was an absolute delight! The room matched the photos exactly—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The housekeeper was incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile. She cleaned the room daily and replaced towels and disposable items every day, which made everything feel fresh and hygienic. Located just a 30-minute ride from Nanjing South Railway Station, the building also has shared bikes right downstairs, making commuting super convenient. Around the block, you'll find a supermarket, fruit shop, and breakfast stalls—everything you need for daily life is within walking distance. It’s perfect for a comfortable stay without worrying about anything. The value for money is excellent: air conditioning is free to use, there’s a small fridge available (and fully functional), plenty of outlets (four in total) for charging devices, and the bed was super comfy with clean sheets and blankets. We were three guests, and the staff remembered our needs—adding two extra pillows and a cooling blanket without being asked. That level of care made us feel truly welcomed. Being treated so thoughtfully in a new city left a lasting impression. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nanjing.

Any issues were resolved promptly, which made the stay stress-free. The only minor downside was the parking garage signage; the exit wasn’t clearly marked, making it a bit tricky to find. A small improvement there would make the experience even better. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. I always look forward to staying here, and special thanks to Xiao Liu Fan for the consistent upgrade service—there’s always a pleasant surprise! The attention to detail is outstanding, making every visit feel personalized and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!
