The building looks stunning from the outside, and stepping inside only confirms that this is a true five-star experience. The lobby has a modern, elegant vibe, and the room exceeded my expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, with top-notch amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, down to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Plus, the area is well-equipped with supermarkets, convenience stores, a variety of restaurants, and even a hospital nearby, which added extra peace of mind. With such great value and a prime location, I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi’an.
Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square
This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to say everything lived up to expectations—plus, I got upgraded to a larger room! The suite is spacious with excellent layout and well-maintained amenities. The only minor issue was the hot water in the bathtub—it didn’t get quite hot enough for my taste. Breakfast was a highlight: the local Xi’an dishes had authentic flavor, though not overly standout; however, the Western breakfast options were impressive—fresh, varied, and high quality. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, and very convenient access to the Wukou Metro Station. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and daily necessities. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Xi’an.

The front desk concierge absolutely deserves a huge shoutout! Their service was exceptional—not only did they proactively help with our luggage, but they also took the time to warmly guide us through the hotel’s dining options, opening hours, and nearby shopping areas. It felt so personal and thoughtful. The room itself was cozy and beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean with all amenities in perfect working order. From the comfortable bed to the quiet ambiance, it made for a truly relaxing stay. Every little detail was considered, making the entire experience unforgettable. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and will definitely be back.

This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. The service continues to impress; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding. Huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Perfect start to the day. If you’re in Xi’an, this is definitely a top choice.
