For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. ROSEDALE HOTEL SHENZHEN

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a garden-view room—so much more peaceful and scenic. What really made our stay special was celebrating our anniversary; the front desk team went above and beyond by arranging a lovely decoration in the room and even surprised us with a sweet birthday cake. It felt so personal and thoughtful. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly stood out. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience.
