To be honest, the place didn't live up to expectations. The overall environment felt a bit run-down, and cleanliness was only average—definitely not what I'd expect for the price. I thought it was a two-bedroom layout, but in reality, it's just one large open area with a bed, plus a small loft with another bed. The loft itself has no extra space—it’s literally just a bed. The total room size is extremely cramped; there’s barely enough room to move around. Honestly, I’d rather stay in a regular hotel where I can at least sleep comfortably without worrying about hygiene or space. This place feels more like a temporary stop than a real home. Not worth it for the price, especially if you value comfort and basic quality.

They noticed we were planning our itinerary and immediately offered to assist with recommendations—such a nice touch! The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, with good soundproofing, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep. Outside the hotel, there’s a peaceful park right behind it—great for morning walks or relaxing after a long day. There’s also free parking available, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement, especially in the breakfast area. First, there was no background music, and the TV in the dining space was silent, making the atmosphere feel a bit cold and lifeless. Second, the room temperature in the breakfast hall seemed too low, and the staff’s attire didn’t quite match the expected standard of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel—felt a bit casual for the brand image. Lastly, the breakfast selection was limited, which made the dining area feel empty and lacking warmth. More variety and better ambiance would go a long way in enhancing the morning experience. Overall, it’s still a great choice, but small tweaks could make it truly outstanding.

They also recommended several great local restaurants nearby. The twin room was surprisingly spacious, with a large table perfect for eating takeout. When I called to request extra toiletries, they delivered them within minutes. Plus, they provided disposable bed sheets for female guests during sensitive times—truly considerate. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the value is unbeatable. If you're visiting Changsha, don’t miss this gem. I’ll definitely be back!
