First, there was no background music, and the TV in the dining space was silent, making the atmosphere feel a bit cold and lifeless. Second, the room temperature in the breakfast hall seemed too low, and the staff’s attire didn’t quite match the expected standard of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel—felt a bit casual for the brand image. Lastly, the breakfast selection was limited, which made the dining area feel empty and lacking warmth. More variety and better ambiance would go a long way in enhancing the morning experience. Overall, it’s still a great choice, but small tweaks could make it truly outstanding.
