Second, the room temperature in the breakfast hall seemed too low, and the staff’s attire didn’t quite match the expected standard of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel—felt a bit casual for the brand image. Lastly, the breakfast selection was limited, which made the dining area feel empty and lacking warmth. More variety and better ambiance would go a long way in enhancing the morning experience.
