We came to Changsha for a concert and stayed at ST-Tropez Hotel — and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations on nearby attractions and even giving us a nice welcome gift. The complimentary shuttle service was super convenient — just call, and they’d arrive right away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the personal touch from our dedicated housekeeper, Xiao Tang. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
