From the moment we arrived late in the afternoon, overwhelmed with luggage, toys, and snacks, a smiling staff member greeted us warmly. She immediately stepped in to help carry the heaviest bag, making the whole check-in process feel effortless and welcoming. I casually mentioned we were traveling with children while checking in—originally booked a standard twin room, just needing enough space for our family. To my surprise, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite without any request. That small act brought tears to my eyes—so thoughtful, so unexpected. Even better, she personally escorted us up via elevator with a luggage cart, explaining everything along the way: where the kids’ play area was, breakfast hours, and which floor had direct access to the shopping mall—perfect for hassle-free outings with little ones. Once in the room, she even helped organize our belongings, all with genuine kindness and patience. The suite exceeded expectations—huge space, spotless cleanliness, soft bedding, and amazing views.
