Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. Stayed at this hotel during the New Year period and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The room was immaculately clean, well-organized, and featured a large floor-to-ceiling window that let in plenty of natural light—perfect for morning views. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, with strong and consistent heating, making it cozy even on chilly winter days. What stood out most was the exceptional service from front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu—she was incredibly warm and helpful. When we needed to extend our checkout time due to last-minute plans, she accommodated us without hesitation, which made a big difference. The location is also convenient, just a short subway ride from downtown. With its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.
