We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
