What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. Located right in the heart of downtown near People's Square, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk or quick subway ride away. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional; staff guided us to the elevator with a smile, and the elevator itself shot straight up to the 88th-floor lobby—so fast it felt like magic. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and took the time to go over my booked package details with care and clarity. Stepping into the room was like entering a dream: elegant, cozy, and perfectly styled to my taste. The view from the high floor is simply breathtaking—city lights spread out below, especially stunning at night. The room layout is spacious and smartly designed, with a dedicated closet and a large, luxurious bathroom that made every moment feel indulgent. I slept so soundly—the room was incredibly quiet, no noise from outside or neighboring floors. Breakfast was a highlight too: a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with the scrambled eggs with chives being my absolute favorite.
