The room was spotless, with zero unpleasant odors—just clean and comfortable. I noticed many international guests during my stay, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s global appeal. The buffet breakfast area may not have the flashiest decor, but the service truly stood out. The manager and staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in, refilling drinks, and ensuring everything was well-organized. The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
