We ended up having to secure the door with a chain, which wasn’t ideal for safety or peace of mind. The property’s infrastructure feels outdated and could use serious upgrades. Overall, not a recommended choice for comfort or reliability. However, I must give credit to the front desk staff—especially one particular lady who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our check-in and check-out. Her positive attitude really stood out. Kudos to her! Hopefully management will address the mechanical issues soon, because with better facilities, this location could be much more appealing.
