I specifically requested a quiet room, so they arranged a high-floor unit—despite being near a lively night market, closing the windows completely eliminated outside noise. They even provided earplugs for extra peace. Service? Outstanding. Both times I called reception, I got answered instantly, and my WeChat messages were replied to within minutes. On check-out day, they offered free luggage storage, extended my checkout time to 2 PM, and even helped me book a taxi—so thoughtful! This hotel delivers comfort, cleanliness, and genuine care. Airport transfers take around 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, which is average. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re mainly here for shopping or want a quiet base near the mall. It’s not perfect for tourists wanting to be in the heart of the action, but for what it offers, it delivers solid value.
