The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. One thing to avoid: the Margarita package offered through the platform felt unnecessary and overpriced—definitely not worth it. Also noticed the elevator touchscreens didn’t respond properly when touched, but that was a minor glitch. Despite those small issues, the location, vibe, and service made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in NYC.
