The front desk team, especially my dedicated concierge Maggie Zhang, went above and beyond—she reached out in advance, addressed me by name, and made me feel truly welcomed. She arranged breakfast for me and even helped with parking logistics, which was incredibly convenient. On New Year’s Eve, she personally sent warm holiday greetings—such a thoughtful touch! From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The hotel is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and perfectly located. It's not just a place to stay—it's a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
