The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the personal touch from our dedicated housekeeper, Xiao Tang. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The parking area is spacious and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere right from arrival. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I spotted a perfect photo spot—ideal for capturing memories—and there's even a small play area for kids, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; one of the ladies kindly upgraded my room at no extra cost—a lovely surprise! Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved having breakfast by the window, soaking up the sunshine ☀️☀️☀️. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the welcoming vibe to the attention to detail. Highly recommend—this is definitely a top pick for future visits.

Staying in a family room here was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a small family trip. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight—wide variety of options, both local and international, with fresh ingredients and good quality. Location is excellent: right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore popular spots like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Right outside the hotel, there's a great local Hunan restaurant and another one called 'Yan Changsha'—highly recommended but requires advance booking. With such convenience, great food nearby, and top-notch service, this place offers incredible value. Definitely planning to come back.

The room’s soundproofing is top-notch—perfect for late-night work sessions without any disturbances. The ergonomic chair is incredibly comfortable, even after hours of sitting. The high-speed Wi-Fi made video calls smooth and glitch-free. Breakfast options were abundant, and they even offer takeaway packs—ideal for busy mornings. Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast, taking less than three minutes. For travelers on tight schedules, this place is a game-changer. I’ll be reserving again without hesitation.

Despite the busy moments, their attitude remained warm and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Hunan Museum and Beichen Delta Subway Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and everything feels very accessible. One of the biggest pluses? Free parking—huge relief if you're driving. I missed breakfast since I overslept, but I’ve heard it’s well-rated and offers good variety. All in all, this hotel delivers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Changsha.
