Staying at Jifei Hotel (Chengdu Financial City Twin Towers Branch) was a delightful surprise! Even though I didn’t specifically request a windowed room when booking through the platform, the hotel kindly upgraded me to one—something I wasn’t expecting. I had already asked earlier if window rooms were available, but they mentioned it depended on availability at check-in. Luckily, they managed to secure one for me despite arriving late. What really stood out was the exceptional service—warm air was already turned on upon arrival, making the room instantly cozy. From the thoughtful upgrade to the attentive staff, every detail made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and value.

Homeland Hotel

The lobby is beautifully designed with a serene, traditional Chinese aesthetic—especially the restaurant area with its little bridge and flowing water feature. It truly captures the tranquil vibe of Jiangnan. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with clean linens and thoughtful touches throughout. Right outside the door is the metro station, making travel around Chengdu incredibly convenient. The swimming pool is kept immaculate—crystal clear water and always well-sanitized. I’d definitely stay here again on my next business trip. Excellent location, great service, and fantastic value. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and work travelers.

Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.

The high ceilings add to the airy, open feel—zero sense of claustrophobia. The full-length mirror? A game-changer. I couldn’t stop taking photos—every shot turned out picture-perfect. I even returned to the quiet lobby in the evening for more photos, enjoying the peaceful ambiance that truly highlights the hotel’s refined charm. Breakfast was served in a sunlit glass conservatory surrounded by lush greenery. Eating amidst nature made the morning so much brighter and more relaxing.
