Even though the hotel has been open for ten years, everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent: a great mix of Western and local flavors, including authentic Sichuan dishes like mapo tofu and kung pao chicken that brought the city’s taste right to my plate. Everything was spotless – immaculate cleanliness from top to bottom. Upon returning, I even found a lovely turn-down service waiting for me, which added such a warm, personal touch. The welcome fruit platter was a nice surprise too, especially the hotel’s own Aoyuan jelly tangerines – juicy, sweet, and fresh. From the moment I booked, Emily, the guest relations manager, reached out with a friendly phone call, making sure everything was taken care of. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable – just across the street from In99, where dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within easy reach. Yet, despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel somehow manages to feel calm and serene – more peaceful than the Waldorf right next door. This stay was truly flawless. Breakfast was especially thoughtful—offering both Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, and everything you’d want to start your day right. Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is perfectly located—right next to a metro station, making it super easy to explore Chengdu’s top attractions and shopping areas. From the moment I walked in, the elegant ambiance and spacious layout made me feel at home. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive—special shoutout to Busek for helping me secure such a great room. The space was bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with smart features that added real convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby all night. Everything about the cleanliness stood out—from the bathroom to the floors, no corner was overlooked. What really impressed me was how quiet the room was despite being in a bustling area; the soundproofing is excellent, so no noise from the street disturbed my rest. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores just steps away, which makes daily life super convenient.
