I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Xi’an!
Staying here with my family was a perfect choice—the suite layout is ideal for parents and kids. My child had their own room, so no noise disturbance at all, and both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The bathroom facilities are clean, well-maintained, and modern. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety, including fresh pastries, local dishes, and international options. We stayed in the room on the right side (as shown in the photo), which is easy to spot. I also checked out the gym—it’s spacious, well-equipped, and offers a great view. Overall, the hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Highly recommended for families visiting Xi'an.
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to explore downtown Xi’an. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s completely free for guests—huge plus if you’re traveling by car. The room itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a modern, futuristic vibe that really sets it apart. Check-in is seamless—just use facial recognition to enter your room, no queues, no hassle. Everything in the room, from lighting to the TV, can be controlled via voice commands—super convenient and fun to use. The staff, especially Xiao Jie at front desk, were incredibly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a smart, well-located, and highly efficient hotel experience, this one is a must-try.
Staying at Sunshine City Tsuen Wan Hotel (Xi'an Hi-tech Dadu Dian Shop) was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean and meticulously organized—every detail screamed quality and care. From the crisp linens to the spotless bathroom, it felt like a fresh start every time I stepped in. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, ready to help, and genuinely making you feel valued. Their thoughtfulness truly elevated the entire experience. Located right near Dadu Dian Shopping Mall, everything is within walking distance: great dining options, shopping, and easy access to public transit. It’s not just convenient—it’s a lifestyle. This hotel has quickly become my go-to choice whenever I visit Xi’an. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend—will definitely be back.
