The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially Wang Song, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service. He made me feel truly welcome. I also appreciated the dedicated workspace with a solid computer desk—ideal for remote work or business needs. Honestly, I can’t find any downsides to this place. Whether you're here for leisure or business travel, this is hands-down my top choice in Xi’an. Highly recommended!

The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, perfect for sunset moments. My room was uniquely designed, incredibly comfortable with soft bedding, and the little touches like complimentary Shaanxi tea and fresh seasonal fruit made me feel genuinely cared for. The 24-hour concierge service was responsive and helpful anytime I needed anything. Breakfast featured delicious local Shaanxi snacks, and even late-night bites were thoughtfully provided.
