While the hotel is a bit outside the city center, it offers significantly better value compared to other options in downtown Seoul. The nearby subway station makes getting around easy—just hop on the train to explore major attractions. Alternatively, using a local ride-hailing app (available for download) lets you book a car in advance or request one instantly, which was especially helpful for our family of six. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance offering all kinds of authentic Korean food—just take a stroll and you’ll find something delicious. The front desk staff speak English and are genuinely warm and attentive. We booked two rooms: one king bedroom and one twin room with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, perfect for three people. The room had a lovely balcony, ample space, clean interiors, and water temperature that was just right. I particularly loved the shampoo and conditioner—they left my hair incredibly soft and smooth. I’d love to know the brand! Breakfast was modest in variety but tasty overall. All in all, this stay was highly satisfying, and I’d definitely return.

I easily reached Doota and Design Plaza on foot, making it perfect for shopping and exploring local creativity. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from both Korean and international cuisines. I especially loved the made-to-order omelets and warm artisan bread. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel: top-notch amenities, smart TV, premium bedding, and excellent soundproofing. It’s clear this hotel cares about guest comfort and experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

While the room size is on the smaller side and the front desk staff seemed a bit reserved upon check-in without offering much guidance, the service truly shines during your stay. For instance, after buying snacks from the convenience store near the entrance around 9:30 PM, the shuttle driver kindly offered to deliver them straight to our room—something we hadn’t known about since it wasn’t mentioned at reception. That small gesture made a big difference. And don’t miss the hotel’s ground-floor bakery—it’s widely regarded as Seoul’s top French pastry shop. The pastries are rich, delicate, and absolutely worth a visit. Despite minor initial impressions, the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the stay make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience.

Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay—always smiling, helpful, and professional. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a 5-7 minute walk to the subway station, and walking out from exit 1 or 2 means you’re immediately in front of a convenience store—great for snacks or last-minute needs. Whether you're heading to Myeongdong, Gangnam, or Hanam-dong, everything is within easy reach. This hotel offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service—all in one. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning.

The elevators are spacious and move quickly, making transport between floors effortless, even with luggage. Rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and always smiling—truly a highlight of the stay. One of the best features? A small CU convenience store right on the 14th floor, stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries, and essentials. This is incredibly convenient for international travelers who want to grab something without leaving the building. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, clean rooms, superb service, and thoughtful amenities. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul.

Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work—every time I returned to my room, it felt freshly tidied up. With such a great location, reliable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.

Staying here for New Year's Eve was a highlight — there was a large fireworks display right in the square just outside the hotel, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The subway entrance is literally five meters from the front door, making travel around Seoul incredibly convenient. Across the street is APM Mall, and Tennis Metro is right there too, so everything you need is within walking distance. The combination of great access, vibrant surroundings, and excellent service makes this hotel a standout choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul who values convenience without sacrificing comfort or experience.

Staying at Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun was a fantastic experience! The room is compact but perfectly functional—fitting a 24-inch and 29-inch suitcase with ease. I loved the variety of pillow options and the mattress had just the right firmness for a restful night's sleep. Hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which made my morning routine stress-free. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—close to Olive Young, MIMILine, Egg Drop, and SPAREX Sauna, plus a short walk to Namsan Park, perfect for families with kids. While it’s not as lively as Myeongdong, all my favorite shops are within easy reach. Getting to Myeongdong is quick via Subway Line 2, and taxis are affordable too. For a comfortable stay with great value, this hotel is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. Right across from the hotel is Bus 6001, which runs directly to the airport—perfect for early flights or late departures. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a wonderful bathtub that made for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, always offering help with a smile. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around Seoul. Great location, excellent comfort, and top-notch service. This place really delivers on every front—definitely a go-to choice for any visit to Seoul.

We stayed with a group of four, and the room was just right—perfectly sized for our needs. The amenities were excellent: two bathrooms, two queen beds, and two twin beds, so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and even a vintage vinyl record player—such a fun touch! The rooftop view is unbeatable, offering stunning panoramic views of Seoul’s city lights at night. It's truly magical. The only downside is that the hotel is located on a hill, which makes getting around a bit tricky—taxis can be hard to catch—but the host was incredibly helpful and arranged one for us without any hassle. Plus, they speak fluent Chinese, which made communication super easy. Overall, this place offers an amazing experience with great value. Definitely worth staying again!

The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.
