The glass-floored observation deck provides thrills without extreme danger. Although 1,168 feet high, handrails and safety harnesses are mandatory. Those afraid of heights report it feels secure due to the enclosed design.

Many visitors with acrophobia complete it successfully. Focus on the horizon rather than down, and utilize the solid glass barriers. Staff are trained to assist nervous guests - you can pause or exit anytime.

The premium package (CAD 225) includes: SkyWalk access, CN Tower lookout level, glass floor experience, and one digital photo. Cheaper options exclude photos but still grant full 360° viewing access.

Unfortunately no - participants must be able to walk unassisted wearing safety gear. The tower's indoor levels have elevators, but SkyWalk requires navigating narrow pathways with harness equipment.

Golden hour (1hr before sunset) creates stunning shots with shadow play on skyscrapers. Nighttime offers sparkling city lights, but glass reflections may affect quality. Midday provides clearest views of Lake Ontario.

Operations continue in rain/snow unless lightning or extreme winds occur. Fog reduces visibility but creates eerie clouds-underfoot effects. Check @CNTower alerts before arrival as closures happen abruptly.

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Stayed for a few nights in the Deluxe Twin Room and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service, making the experience feel truly special. Location-wise, it's unbeatable—right in the heart of Yorkville, steps away from top restaurants, boutiques, and attractions. Public transit access is also excellent. The only downside? The price is on the higher end, but considering everything else, it’s worth every penny. One thing to note: there’s ongoing construction just below the lobby, so if you're sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a higher floor. We stayed on the 15th floor and had zero disturbance—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, an exceptional stay that exceeded expectations. Will definitely be back.

I did notice parking fees are on the higher side, but given the quality of the stay and the prime location, it’s worth it. Interestingly, weekend rates aren’t significantly different from weekday prices, which is a plus. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, excellent service, and a fantastic urban experience. I’d definitely book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto.
