When I casually mentioned wanting a quieter room on a higher floor, she instantly checked the system, secured a stunning view room, and confirmed it was positioned away from elevators and hallways—perfect for peace and quiet. Later, when I accidentally lost my key card during my stay, I rushed to reception in a bit of panic. It was peak check-in time, but Yolanda calmly reassured me not to worry. After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. Yolanda clearly embodies what makes this hotel special—not just the modern design or prime location, but the human touch behind every detail. I’m already planning my next visit. This isn’t just a stay; it’s an experience shaped by people who truly care.

Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen North Station

I chose this hotel for my business trip to Shenzhen and couldn’t be happier! It’s incredibly close to Shenzhen North Station—just a short 10-minute ride by taxi, making it super easy to catch my high-speed train without any stress. The room was spotless, with a comfy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Yitong, was exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast was a highlight: a great mix of Western and local options, abundant and delicious. I also appreciated the fully equipped laundry and fitness facilities, which added real convenience during my stay. Everything about this place screams value for money. I’ll definitely book here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

HUAYI Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

Staying at Huayi Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station) was an absolute highlight of my trip! The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute taxi ride to the train station, making catching high-speed trains stress-free and efficient. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, checking in quickly and even asking if I had everything I needed with my luggage—such a thoughtful touch. My room was spotless and beautifully appointed: the bedding was soft and cozy, and the bathroom’s separate wet/dry area made it super convenient. Breakfast was a real treat—plenty of variety including fresh pastries, savory dishes like fried rice and congee, all delicious and satisfying. The fitness center and laundry facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value for money. It’s clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for business travelers or tourists alike. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen!
