This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, a young and friendly staff member greeted us at the entrance and immediately helped carry our luggage—such a welcoming touch. The front desk team was equally warm and attentive, asking about our preferences and even helping us choose the perfect room and floor. The desk lamp on the writing table made it easy for my child to do homework, and the little toy added a cozy, homey feel. Everything I needed was included—complimentary toiletries, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and an amazing breakfast with a great variety and generous portions. The value for money is outstanding. My room was on the 8th floor, and there’s a secure access control at the corridor entrance, which gives peace of mind knowing your privacy and safety are well protected. The room itself was spotless and beautifully modern, with fresh, youthful decor and brand-new furnishings. The mattress stood out—excellent support and super comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I was especially impressed by the service: the front desk agent, Lemon Tea Z, was incredibly attentive and even upgraded me to a better room in the same category—no extra charge! That kind of hospitality really makes a difference. Located just steps away from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, it's perfect for shopping and exploring. Public transit is also convenient. A fantastic stay overall—highly recommend and definitely coming back.

I even stored my luggage here before heading to Jiuzhaigou and came back for an overnight stay afterward—so convenient! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great service throughout. Everything about this place feels premium without the high price tag. It’s a fantastic value and offers a truly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

It truly captures the tranquil vibe of Jiangnan. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with clean linens and thoughtful touches throughout. Right outside the door is the metro station, making travel around Chengdu incredibly convenient. The swimming pool is kept immaculate—crystal clear water and always well-sanitized.
