At night, head straight to the nearby pier for a boat ride through the illuminated riverscape—so magical. Staying at Eeril Hotel has been one of my favorite experiences in Guilin. The room size is just right—not too small, not overwhelming—perfect for a comfortable getaway. The bedding feels luxurious and the overall cleanliness is outstanding; it’s clear they pay attention to detail. The modern decor gives a fresh, inviting vibe. What really stood out was the bathroom: spacious, with excellent dry-wet separation, and the shower area is huge with strong water pressure and consistent temperature—perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The smart toilet is a game-changer, especially for those with digestive concerns—it’s incredibly convenient and thoughtful. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facility with both washing and drying machines, plus all the necessary detergents provided—no need to worry about dirty clothes during your trip. Breakfast is well-rounded with a good mix of options, and the late-night snack bar offering free sweet rice porridge and desserts is such a nice surprise. It’s a little gem that delivers exceptional value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back.

Located right on Putuo Road with easy street access and a convenient parking lot nearby—great for both public transit and driving. The room is spacious, though being directly on the street means the windows don’t offer much sound insulation; car horns from outside are quite noticeable. That said, the real highlight is the bed—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The zero-pressure mattress made a huge difference; I woke up completely refreshed. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, making it a standout choice. After such a relaxing stay, I’ve already booked my next trip here. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort and value in Guilin.

Located just steps away from major attractions like the Two Rivers and Four Lakes and Elephant Trunk Hill, everything is within walking distance. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, breakfast spots, and cozy cafés—perfect for convenience. The guesthouse also features a lovely afternoon tea area and a restaurant, both offering a relaxed vibe. Everything about this stay—from service and cleanliness to amenities and location—was top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better first stop on my journey. I stayed at Vienna International Hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helped with check-in quickly and efficiently. The room was spotless, bright, and filled with natural sunlight—really made the space feel welcoming. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Located near Seven Star Park and the university area, it’s perfect for both sightseeing and business travel. Easy access to local attractions and public transport makes it a convenient choice. The value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

AROMA TEA HOUSE

Located in the heart of Guilin, AROMA TEA HOUSE offers an unbeatable location with easy access to major attractions like the Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill. The hotel stands out with its unique, thoughtfully designed interiors—cozy yet elegant, creating a peaceful retreat. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and speak fluent English, making communication smooth and stress-free. They helped us book private tours to Yangshuo and Longshen Village, where we experienced breathtaking karst landscapes and stunning rice terraces. Our driver was friendly and professional, and despite relying on translation apps, we had no trouble understanding each other. The rooms were clean and quiet—though we noticed fresh towels were changed daily, which we personally didn’t need. A simple 'Do Not Disturb' sign would be helpful for guests who prefer less room service. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor, offering panoramic views of the city. The menu includes both Western options (toast, pastries, waffles) and some local Chinese dishes—solid, if not particularly memorable. Overall, this place delivers an authentic, relaxing experience with great value. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The Secret Courtyard Hotel in Guilin is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, Xiaoming made us feel right at home with his exceptional hospitality. We opted for the Longji Rice Terraces package, which included a private driver/guide—what a fantastic way to explore the stunning landscapes. Free shuttle service from Guilin North Station to the hotel made our arrival stress-free, and another direct transfer took us straight to Yangshuo. The hotel also provided an electric scooter for city exploration—such a fun and convenient touch! Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, while breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, leaving us with zero complaints. This place truly goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend it enough—perfect for travelers who value comfort, authenticity, and thoughtful service.

This hotel absolutely deserves a perfect 10/10 — I couldn’t give it any less! The vibe is unmatched, and the location is unbeatable, nestled right at the foot of Xiangshan Mountain. Rumor has it this was once the Guangxi provincial government’s reception house, adding such rich historical charm. The Art Deco-inspired design oozes old-world elegance — every corner feels like stepping into a vintage postcard. I originally booked just one night, but I simply couldn’t bring myself to leave. Ended up extending for another stay. It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish — authentic, peaceful, and beautifully curated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly special.
