Furniture looked nearly new, and the overall ambiance felt fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was outstanding—huge portions, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality. Staff went above and beyond; anything we asked for, they happily provided. The location couldn’t be better. We took taxis only once or twice—we could walk to almost every attraction. Beach was just a 10-minute stroll away, and right nearby were the Winter Theatre, Ostrovsky Museum, and the bustling Kurortny Prospekt packed with cafes and restaurants. We visited the spa twice, and the stone therapy was absolutely incredible—felt like I’d been reborn after each session. Prices were very reasonable, making it a real gem. Definitely coming back.
