The garden view room was absolutely stunning—lush greenery stretching out to the horizon with glimpses of the sea beyond. It felt like a true retreat from everyday life. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the complimentary welcome drink at check-in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The only small note: no welcome fruit this time, possibly due to the season, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The private beach is pristine and just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing or taking a morning stroll. The room itself came with a mini-fridge, ideal for keeping drinks and snacks cold. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed—comfortable, well-maintained, and full of little touches that made us feel cared for. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great views and excellent service, this place delivers. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Rodina Grand Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. My husband even joked a few times, 'Why are they so eager? They’re almost too polite!' 😄 Everything was perfect for us. The massage was heavenly, and our daughter’s swimming instructor, Pavel, did an amazing job—he was patient, encouraging, and made every session fun. We left feeling completely refreshed and satisfied. Honestly, if the spa had a jacuzzi or a Turkish bath, this place would be unbeatable. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I stayed in Sochi in April and chose Villa Anna for my getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable—I stayed in two different ones during my two-week visit. The first room faced the garden, but early morning peacock calls were a bit disruptive, so I requested a change. The staff handled it seamlessly and moved me without any hassle. The breakfast was excellent, and the waitstaff were incredibly attentive and kind—huge thanks to them! The hotel is nestled in a quiet, green setting, just a 15-minute walk from the beach—perfect for a relaxed seaside escape. What really stood out was that I received partial refunds twice because I had to leave earlier than planned. I was told this might not be possible during peak season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. Overall, my stay was flawless—comfortable, friendly, and well-located. Highly recommend this gem!

We came to Sochi for our spring break and spent a while searching for a room that could comfortably accommodate two kids at a reasonable price. The family room was perfect! It’s ideal for children under 10—slightly tight if they’re older, but still very functional. What stood out was the private fenced area with security cameras—great peace of mind while the kids played safely outdoors. I loved relaxing with a coffee on the covered green terrace, just enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The location is super close to the beach, which is a big plus—even though we couldn’t swim in April, we already know exactly where we’ll stay next time. The whole experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Sunrise Guest House for families looking for comfort, safety, and great value.
Guest House Na Gagrinskoy
This is our third year staying at Guest House Na Gagrinskoy, and we have no intention of switching hotels. The place is incredibly quiet, cozy, and the service is outstanding. A big thank you to Olga Borisovna, Tatyana, and Kate for their warm attention and care throughout our stay. We were here from June 7th to 18th, 2024, and had a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtfully taken care of. We’ll definitely be back next year—this guest house has become our little retreat in Sochi, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, home-like experience.

Stayed in the top-floor room with a balcony and amazing city views—definitely worth it! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped: great shower, cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and dining essentials. It felt like home. The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. Thanks for such a relaxing getaway!

Golden House Hotel
I was searching for a hotel in late May 2024 for a stay at the beginning of July, so I booked well in advance to secure a good option. I found Golden House Hotel, made the reservation immediately, and paid upfront. Then on June 13th, I received a message that my booking had been canceled—no warning, no explanation, just gone. It caused me a lot of stress trying to find another hotel last minute, and prices had doubled by then. I was extremely disappointed. Even more frustrating was realizing that my original room was still available for booking on their website. This lack of communication and transparency really damaged my trust in the platform. I expected better from a service that claims to be reliable.

Staying at Sochi VIP House was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming—helped carry our luggage to the room and even allowed us to check in early despite the room not being ready yet. We were able to rest after a long journey, which was such a relief. The room itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of warmth. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the theater and museum, perfect for exploring on foot. Just a short walk away is a fantastic restaurant called «Baran Rapant»—the food was delicious, the service friendly, and the atmosphere really inviting. Everything about this place felt authentic and well cared for. If you're visiting Sochi, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!
