By day three, we’d used them all up, and when we returned, not only was the dispenser refilled, but they’d also placed a brand-new, unopened pack of tissues beside it. That kind of thoughtfulness? Priceless. And then there was the kettle — we couldn’t figure out how to open the lid, so we just poured water directly through the spout. I wasn’t too picky about the room, so I booked a standard single—only to find out upon arrival that the AC wasn’t working. They upgraded me to a suite right away, which was such a nice surprise and showed great guest care. But honestly, the location is what truly blew me away. The theatre for *Mamma Mia!* is literally next door, and *The Lion King* is just around the corner—plus, there are so many other shows nearby. Being tucked right into Covent Garden means it’s always buzzing, even at 10 PM. Everything worth seeing—the museums, landmarks, shops—is within easy walking distance. That’s exactly why I loved traveling solo here: no need to plan routes or rely on transport. Just turn a corner whenever you feel like changing direction. The only downside? After staying at a few different Hiltons, the breakfast spread felt repetitive—same old options, getting a bit stale. Still, the combination of unbeatable location, fair pricing, and excellent service makes this hotel a must-try. Would absolutely come back.

Staying at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London was an absolute delight. Located right in the heart of London, it's incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions—just a short walk to the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, which you can actually see from the room. The spacious rooms were perfect for a three-night stay, and the thoughtful touch of complimentary wine with no cleaning request was a nice surprise. I can't recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—so helpful with directions and local tips. The room was spotless, fresh, and so comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the British Museum, and everything else in central London is easily accessible by public transport. There are countless restaurants and cafes nearby, so dining out was never an issue. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers excellent value and convenience. COVE Cannon Street

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and perfect for two people, with plenty of room to move around. It came fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, cooking utensils, and even a fridge—perfect for preparing meals on-site. The bathroom was large, bright, and very clean, making it a real pleasure to use. The only minor issue was that the water temperature was a bit cooler than I’d prefer, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right across the street from the subway station, so getting to major attractions was super quick; most places were within 30 minutes by train. With great value, excellent convenience, and a comfortable stay, I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to London. Highly recommended!
