Dining at Jiangnan Zao was a highlight: the ingredients were fresh and top-notch. The pickled turnip with preserved vegetables was surprisingly delicious, the fish head incredibly fresh, and the sweet-and-sour ribs? Absolutely unforgettable. My friend devoured the stir-fried beef in no time—proof it was a hit! Bonus: guests staying at the hotel can enjoy complimentary room service from Jiangnan Zao—even if you’re not on the waitlist. Plus, the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding a magical touch to the entire stay. Honestly, I’m already planning my next visit—Shangri-La truly wins my heart every time.

The bathroom was immaculate, with zero unpleasant odors, and the smart toilet was a real game-changer—comfortable and modern. Hot water came out instantly, so my shower was pure bliss. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the hotel is literally steps away from Exit 1 of Line 1, and getting around the city by bus or metro is super convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers comfort, convenience, and excellent value—all in one. I’ll definitely be back!
