Staying at voco Seoul Gangnam by IHG was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Gangnam’s vibrant heart, with subway access right nearby and plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options within reach. The hotel itself exudes modern elegance; the lobby is sleek and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service. From check-in to checkout, everything felt seamless and personalized—especially the little welcome gesture that made us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with a supremely comfortable bed that made falling asleep easy and waking up a joy. The bathroom was a standout—luxurious fittings, excellent water pressure, and a refreshing shower experience. Breakfast was a highlight: abundant, fresh, and diverse, offering both Korean and international flavors that even locals would appreciate. With its prime location, top-tier amenities, and exceptional hospitality, this stay delivered incredible value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul looking for a stylish, hassle-free urban retreat.

My stay at Hotel Eliena in Seoul was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality—always ready to assist without being intrusive. The location is unbeatable; just a short walk from major transit lines and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The room itself was immaculate—spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I appreciated the quiet ambiance and excellent lighting, perfect for both relaxation and working. Every detail felt intentional and cared for. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Located just steps away from Dongdaemun and Myeongdong, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience for exploring Seoul. The lobby is on the 14th floor—not ground level—so make sure to double-check your floor when you arrive; it’s clearly marked, so no worries. The elevators are spacious and move quickly, making transport between floors effortless, even with luggage. Rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and always smiling—truly a highlight of the stay. One of the best features? A small CU convenience store right on the 14th floor, stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries, and essentials. This is incredibly convenient for international travelers who want to grab something without leaving the building. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, clean rooms, superb service, and thoughtful amenities. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul.

Staying at Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun was a fantastic experience! The room is compact but perfectly functional—fitting a 24-inch and 29-inch suitcase with ease. I loved the variety of pillow options and the mattress had just the right firmness for a restful night's sleep. Hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which made my morning routine stress-free. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—close to Olive Young, MIMILine, Egg Drop, and SPAREX Sauna, plus a short walk to Namsan Park, perfect for families with kids. While it’s not as lively as Myeongdong, all my favorite shops are within easy reach. Getting to Myeongdong is quick via Subway Line 2, and taxis are affordable too. For a comfortable stay with great value, this hotel is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Staying at UH FLAT THE SEOCHO was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, and surrounded by great dining options and convenience stores. There's also a paid parking lot on-site, which is perfect if you're driving. The front desk staff are very friendly and always ready to help, and I appreciated being able to reach out via WeChat or Line for quick support. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside at all. It’s rare to find such comfort and quietness at this price point. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Dormy Inn SEOUL Gangnam was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d want after a long day exploring Seoul. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests feel effortless. My favorite part? The spacious bathhouse on the basement level. After a busy day of sightseeing, soaking in the hot tub was pure relaxation—perfect for easing tired muscles. I wish I had time to try their breakfast buffet, but I’ll definitely come back just for that next time. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great value in the heart of Gangnam.

I'm back for my second stay at IBC Hotel Dongdaemun, and it was just as fantastic as the first time. I chose the twin room again—perfect for solo travel with plenty of space and comfort. The location is unbeatable: a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to explore Seoul. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch from housekeeping—they left fresh towels and bottled water by the door since I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. No interruptions, yet everything was taken care of. This hotel consistently delivers excellent value and service. Definitely coming back!

I recently stayed at the Brown Dot Yeoksam Branch for a business trip, and my experience was outstanding. Located just a 5-minute walk from Yeoksam Station, the location is incredibly convenient—perfect for catching the subway or exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. I used the space primarily for business meetings and collaborative work, and the modern, clean interior made it ideal for productivity. The meeting rooms were well-equipped with up-to-date video conferencing technology, which ensured smooth remote collaboration without any technical hiccups. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help—making the entire process stress-free. I appreciated the quiet, focused atmosphere during work hours, while still having easy access to great dining options nearby. Whether it’s for a quick lunch break or post-meeting coffee, the area offers plenty of variety. Overall, this branch delivers excellent value for business travelers. I’d definitely return here for future work trips and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional yet comfortable workspace in Seoul.

I stayed at this Mangrove hotel in Seoul after visiting the one in Jeju, and I have to say the location is unbeatable. Right across from the airport bus stop, it's just a quick walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Station Exit 4—accessible via elevator, which is great for luggage. Exit 1 leads straight to DDP, while Exits 11 and 12 connect directly to Dundun Mall, where you'll find big names like Daiso, North Face, and Uniqlo—all within walking distance. The bunk bed room is slightly smaller than I expected; if you lay out large suitcases, movement gets tight, but everything fits when packed neatly. The bathroom isn’t separated into wet and dry zones—the showerhead shares space with the sink, so it’s a bit cramped. There is a small fridge available with an ice tray, though you need to freeze water in advance to make ice. It’s a bit disappointing compared to the Jeju branch, as there’s no coffee machine or built-in ice maker. Honestly, every time I visit Seoul, I feel like there’s never enough time—I barely even got to use the hotel amenities! Next trip, I’m definitely staying longer to make the most of it.

Staying at OYO Hostel Dongdaemun 1 was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—nestled in a quiet alley just steps away from the subway entrance, making it easy to explore Seoul’s main attractions. The atmosphere throughout the hostel is warm and welcoming, especially on the 5th floor where breakfast is served with soft background music. The heating system works well during winter, keeping the rooms cozy and comfortable. While there are no disposable toiletries (like toothbrushes), they do provide towels, which is thoughtful. Be aware that there’s no elevator—so if you’re not up for climbing stairs, request a lower-floor room. Noise levels are decent; even though soundproofing isn’t perfect, there’s minimal disturbance at night. One of my favorite moments? Sipping coffee on the 5th floor during a snowfall, listening to music, chatting with friends, and watching the city turn white—it felt like a scene from a movie. The front desk staff speaks excellent English, but service hours are limited to 8 AM–10 PM. For other times, you’ll need to use alternative communication methods. Overall, this place offers great value, friendly vibes, and a unique charm. A solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in central Seoul.

The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.

Checked in late at night, but the front desk staff were still very attentive and made the process super smooth. The team was friendly and even upgraded our room without any hassle—definitely a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the small touches like individually packaged skincare items, which felt thoughtful and added to the overall comfort. While it has a motel-like vibe with its compact layout, the attention to detail, cleanliness, and service quality make it feel much more premium. It’s definitely not your average budget stay—great value for the price, and I’d happily book again if I’m back in Seoul.
