Absolutely loved my stay at this charming little gem! As a cat lover, I was instantly charmed by Xiaohei, the friendly black cat who greeted me with purrs and head bumps—so sweet and relaxed. The room design is beautifully minimalist with a wabi-sabi aesthetic, and the view from the window is stunning, especially when cherry blossoms drift gently outside. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and a great variety. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help or chat. It’s rare to find such a peaceful, authentic vibe with excellent value for money. Easy access to downtown via subway makes it even more convenient. This place truly feels like home away from home—definitely going back!

I booked the Jiujia room, but the host noticed I’m quite tall and worried the low ceiling might feel cramped, so they upgraded me to the Liuyu room for free—such a thoughtful gesture! Truly appreciated. The inn’s location is unbeatable: right next to a serene tea garden. At night, the only sounds are frogs croaking and birds chirping—perfect for reconnecting with nature. Walk to the right along the Lijilong Mountain trail and you’ll reach Longjing Village in no time. To the left is the Tea Museum, and just across the street is the highly-rated Cha Ren Cun (Tea People Village). Stayed at Orange Hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the zoo, making it perfect for families with kids. We stayed at Banlan House Hotel (West Lake Branch) for four nights with our parents during our trip to Hangzhou, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, and the small courtyard added a lovely touch—especially in the evenings when we could lie back and gaze up at the night sky. While there weren’t many stars, it still felt magical and peaceful. Nestled on a hillside, the location is incredibly quiet, making it ideal for a restful sleep. Even my parents commented how well they slept and how much they enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The whole experience felt so relaxing and authentic, and we truly appreciated the homely vibe. We’re already planning to come back—this place has a special charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a genuine stay away from the city bustle.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and every visit has been just as relaxing and satisfying as the last. The location is unbeatable—right next to Fahjing Temple and Fahjing Temple, with Lingyin Temple and Fajixi Temple just a short walk away. Surrounded by lush greenery and the calming scent of incense, the atmosphere feels incredibly peaceful and energetically clean. The staff, especially the concierge, are warm, attentive, and always ready to help—making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and tasty desserts. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed with a calm, modern aesthetic. It’s clear that attention to detail goes beyond just comfort—it’s about creating a truly restful retreat. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year.

This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.
