I booked this place thinking it was a hotel, but upon arrival I realized it was more like a motel with private room rentals—way below what I expected. I reached out to the platform's customer service to cancel my reservation and was told it had been successfully canceled, so I moved to another accommodation. Later, when checking my email, I discovered the booking was never actually canceled. I lost my money and felt completely misled. Extremely disappointing and not worth it at all.

I've stayed here twice now, and each time has been a truly welcoming experience. The staff are incredibly attentive—especially the male front desk attendant, who gave clear directions and went above and beyond to help. No matter what I needed, I could reach out anytime, and they responded quickly and warmly. The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Seoul by subway. Clean, comfortable rooms with great value for money. It feels like coming home every time. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

My stay at Eungam Maple in Seoul was somewhat disappointing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the main issue was that only Korean was spoken throughout the property—there was no English support, which made communication difficult for non-Korean speakers. The room itself was quite small, and there wasn’t enough space to even open up a suitcase comfortably. While the team was kind and attentive, the lack of multilingual service and cramped layout made the experience less than ideal. Given these drawbacks, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again, especially when there are other more traveler-friendly options available in the city.
