The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, and there’s also a rooftop terrace on the fourth floor, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink in the evening. The rooms themselves are clean and functional, though the furnishings could use a refresh, and the bathroom definitely needs some updating. One thing that stood out was the advertised size of 75 sqm—I’m pretty sure it’s closer to 60 sqm at best, so the space was a bit smaller than expected. Still, if you’re not too picky about room size and prioritize location, this place is a solid choice for a stay in Seville.
