The design is sleek and modern, with a stylish lobby on the 21st floor featuring self-check-in and check-out, plus smart lockers for luggage. I especially loved the rooftop pool on the 22nd floor—open only in summer, but what a treat to enjoy it under the sun or during golden hour. The room was spacious, chic, and thoughtfully equipped, including a welcome drink and snacks—small touches that made the stay feel special. With its prime location, cool aesthetic, and excellent value, this hotel offers more than just a place to sleep. It’s an experience. Definitely coming back.

I arrived after check-in time, and despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff refused entry and wouldn't even let me in to settle in. To make matters worse, they denied any refund, even though I had booked through the platform well in advance. The communication was completely lacking—no explanation, no flexibility, just cold and rude behavior. It's frustrating when you've paid for a place to stay and are left stranded outside with no solution. This wasn’t just bad service—it felt like being treated unfairly. For such a low rating, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful experience. If you're visiting Seoul, there are far better options out there.

I arrived at DK House but missed checking the email, so I couldn’t find room 101 at first—ended up going all the way to the 4th floor before realizing it was actually on the ground floor, just left of the main entrance! 😂 Definitely a lesson learned. The location is amazing—just a 3-minute walk from E2 Station, super convenient for getting around Seoul without needing to take the subway. The inside matched exactly what we saw in the listing photos: clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There’s a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cups, utensils, and even cleaning supplies like dish soap, sponges, and trash bags—perfect for ordering dinner or making instant noodles. The TV also supports YouTube, which kept us entertained. However, there was one issue: the electric kettle had a loose handle when filled with water, nearly causing a burn. I reported it to the staff in the morning—they were responsive, but this definitely needs fixing soon. Overall, though, my kids (from elementary through university) were all happy and enjoyed their stay. Great value, excellent location, and I’ll definitely book again on our next trip!
