I was truly impressed by Irene, who professionally helped me recover my forgotten Moncler vest with ease. The room cleaning and amenities were top-notch—always fresh, well-stocked, and meticulously maintained. Every detail reflects genuine care and attention. This experience exceeded all expectations. If you're visiting Seoul, this is definitely my top recommendation. I’ll be back, and I’m already telling friends about it!

If you're willing to walk a bit uphill (or take a quick ride), this hotel offers a standout blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in Seoul.
Kensington Hotel Yeouido
Staying at Kensington Hotel Yeouido was a perfect choice for my trip to Seoul, especially since I was attending a concert at Gocheok Dome. The hotel offers a direct shuttle from the airport, and public transportation—including subway stations and bus stops—is just steps away, making travel incredibly convenient. The nearby Hyundai Department Store, along with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Best of all, the hotel overlooks the Han River—waking up to that view and taking a morning jog in the adjacent park was one of the highlights. Though some facilities feel a bit dated, the overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and offered complimentary luggage storage, which came in handy. Room service was attentive and thoughtful. Despite minor wear, the location, comfort, and hospitality make this hotel a great value—definitely a place I’d return to.

The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from Hongdae Station Exit 1, with a 7-Eleven right next door and other convenience stores like CU and OY within easy reach. The room was more spacious than expected for a city hotel; we had two suitcases laid out flat on the floor, yet still felt plenty of room to move around. Daily housekeeping made the stay even more comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation—some noise from neighboring rooms came through, but it didn’t disrupt our rest significantly. For the price and location, this place offers great value. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul’s vibrant Hongdae area.

Nearby, you’ll find Olive Young and E-Mart—perfect for grabbing snacks or travel essentials. One thing to note: the bathtub lacks non-slip strips, so be cautious when stepping in. Other than that, everything else is top-notch. Great location, excellent value, and a welcoming vibe—highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in central Seoul.

The design is sleek and modern, with a stylish lobby on the 21st floor featuring self-check-in and check-out, plus smart lockers for luggage. I especially loved the rooftop pool on the 22nd floor—open only in summer, but what a treat to enjoy it under the sun or during golden hour. The room was spacious, chic, and thoughtfully equipped, including a welcome drink and snacks—small touches that made the stay feel special. With its prime location, cool aesthetic, and excellent value, this hotel offers more than just a place to sleep. It’s an experience. Definitely coming back.

We also appreciated the thoughtful gift of a high-quality face mask, a nice little surprise. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a 2-3 minute walk from Hongdae Station, right in the heart of the bustling Hongdae pedestrian street. Every evening we explored the area, sampling endless street food and local favorites. There’s so much to eat and discover, we barely scratched the surface. With great service, an unbeatable location, and a vibrant neighborhood, this stay exceeded all expectations. I’d definitely book here again—highly recommend!

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! I went in with low expectations since the room photos made it look quite small, but upon check-in, the front desk surprised me with a complimentary upgrade—what a lucky break! The room was spacious enough that two 28-inch suitcases could be laid flat on the floor without any crowding. While some amenities do show their age—especially an old leather chair with peeling upholstery, which would’ve looked better if replaced with a wooden one—the overall cleanliness was impressive. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining the space. Location-wise, it’s incredibly secure and central—right next to the National Assembly, with police cars often parked nearby for reassurance. Within walking distance are convenience stores, cozy cafes, and great Korean BBQ spots. Plus, the airport bus route 6007 starts and ends just steps away, and you’re literally a stone’s throw from the National Assembly Station on Line 9. Getting to places like Yeouido Mall, Hongdae, or Mapo is super easy—ideal for travelers who value both convenience and accessibility.
