I was truly impressed by Irene, who professionally helped me recover my forgotten Moncler vest with ease. The room cleaning and amenities were top-notch—always fresh, well-stocked, and meticulously maintained. Every detail reflects genuine care and attention. This experience exceeded all expectations. If you're visiting Seoul, this is definitely my top recommendation. I’ll be back, and I’m already telling friends about it!

Breakfast could use some improvement—it’s quite limited in variety, offering only a few basic options. A bit more diversity would go a long way. Still, considering the location, service, and value, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and reliable base in Seoul.

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making sleep truly restful. From our high-floor room, the views were stunning—wide-open cityscapes that made every morning feel like a postcard. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift of a high-quality face mask, a nice little surprise. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a 2-3 minute walk from Hongdae Station, right in the heart of the bustling Hongdae pedestrian street. Every evening we explored the area, sampling endless street food and local favorites. There’s so much to eat and discover, we barely scratched the surface. With great service, an unbeatable location, and a vibrant neighborhood, this stay exceeded all expectations. I’d definitely book here again—highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend for families or travelers looking for a peaceful base in Seoul.

I stayed at Brown Suites Hotel Sinchon Central and had a great experience overall. The room was clean except for a slightly dirty shower curtain, which was the only minor issue. I booked a window-facing room, and while there was some ambient noise from passersby and traffic at night, it didn’t disturb my sleep at all—totally manageable. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, TV, and a decent hairdryer that delivers strong airflow. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, body wash, and towels, though toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided (worth bringing your own). The space is surprisingly spacious—two 29-inch suitcases can be opened without blocking any walkways, making packing and unpacking very convenient. Located close to subway access, getting around Seoul is super easy. Great value for money, excellent location, and a comfortable stay—definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Seoul.

The value for money is excellent, and I’ll definitely be returning.

The complimentary breakfast items were a real highlight: fresh croissants and snacks that tasted great. The ciabatta bread provided on the first two mornings was absolutely delicious—light, airy, and perfect with coffee. It’s a bit disappointing that it switched to doughnuts on the final day, though they were still tasty. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way—cleanliness, service, value, and atmosphere. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

My stay at Eungam Maple in Seoul was somewhat disappointing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the main issue was that only Korean was spoken throughout the property—there was no English support, which made communication difficult for non-Korean speakers. The room itself was quite small, and there wasn’t enough space to even open up a suitcase comfortably. While the team was kind and attentive, the lack of multilingual service and cramped layout made the experience less than ideal. Given these drawbacks, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again, especially when there are other more traveler-friendly options available in the city.

I was a bit skeptical at first since the price seemed too good compared to nearby motels, but I'm so glad I gave it a try.
