I originally booked a deluxe king room, but the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a spacious suite with no hesitation. The room was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable. Huge thanks to the two front desk attendants—they were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Their recommendations for local attractions and must-try snacks were spot-on and incredibly useful. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help.
