We stayed at The Westin Josun Seoul on the 18th floor in a spacious 55 sqm family suite with two connecting rooms—perfect for our trip with kids and large 30-inch suitcases. There was plenty of room to unpack everything without any hassle. The bathroom was well-designed with a clean separation between wet and dry areas, and having a bathtub made it so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touches: a warm cup of red date ginseng tea was always waiting on the coffee table when we returned, and our children were greeted with little surprises each evening. The turndown service was impeccable—the slippers, water bottles, and bedside tray were neatly arranged every night. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I appreciate how the staff even provided perfectly pressed, fresh cloths to place under my jewelry and cosmetics—such a small but incredibly meaningful gesture. After decades of staying at luxury hotels, few have matched this level of attention to detail. The executive floor breakfast was simple but refined—fresh ingredients, excellent quality, and delicious flavors. Everyone in our family enjoyed it. Truly unforgettable stay, and highly recommended!

We’re both light sleepers, so we intentionally booked a two-bedroom suite for this trip—and it was absolutely the right choice. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, and so quiet that we slept like babies. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they helped us call a taxi and even gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. It made our stay stress-free and super enjoyable. The room was spacious enough to unpack both a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase without any hassle—perfect for longer stays or travelers with lots of gear. Elevators are plentiful (three in total) and move quickly, though there’s a slight wait during peak hours in the morning and evening—still totally manageable. On the ground floor, there’s a convenient CU convenience store right around the corner for late-night snacks or essentials. Second floor features ‘Sujeoljang,’ a well-known Jeju Island dining spot with a great vibe and tasty food. And yes, Starbucks is also on the first floor—ideal for starting your day with a good coffee. Everything’s within easy reach, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience felt premium yet affordable. If you’re visiting Seoul, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Room amenities are solid: a well-designed wet/dry bathroom, intuitive smart controls, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine with capsules — perfect for an early morning brew. The mattress was soft yet supportive, making for a deeply restful night’s sleep. What really stood out was the value, especially during peak season like New Year. Prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other nearby hotels, which tend to spike dramatically at this time. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and an Olive Young just downstairs, so everything you need is within easy reach. One thing to note: some rooms may pick up train noise, so if you’re sensitive to sound, consider requesting a room farther from the tracks. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for great value and unbeatable access.
