Staying at Tianyi Shangjia Apartment (Jili Hikvision Store) was a great experience overall. The unit is a duplex layout with separate rooms on the second floor, offering good privacy and comfort. The only minor downside was one of the bedroom windows didn’t have curtains, so morning sunlight streamed in and made it hard to sleep in. A simple fix would make this place even better. Despite that, the location is excellent—close to subway access, making downtown exploration easy. Clean, well-organized, and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to stay here again.

This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.

The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with comfy bedding that made me want to stay in all day. The owner even shared some hidden gem local eateries off the beaten path—authentic flavors, great value, absolutely delicious. This place truly elevated my trip to Hangzhou. Later, when I accidentally lost my breakfast voucher, the team didn’t hesitate to issue a replacement right away—no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. On-site, the hotel sells simple but delicious boxed meals, perfect for a quick bite. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet environment, and great location just steps from metro access and local eateries.
