The front desk manager even took the time to understand my preferences and helped select the perfect room. That kind of personalized attention makes all the difference. Even if there were minor issues, this level of care would’ve made them easy to overlook—but honestly, there were none. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence in both comfort and service. The location couldn’t be better: right next to a large shopping mall with a supermarket, so grabbing snacks, essentials, or local treats is super convenient. The subway station is literally across the street, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car. I also want to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff were—especially Reya and her team. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always smiling and ready to help. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest comfort. For a great balance of value, convenience, and warm hospitality, this hotel is absolutely worth considering. If you're looking for a stress-free stay in Qingdao, this is the place.

InterContinental Qingdao

Staying at InterContinental Qingdao was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading me to a sea view room—though it wasn’t on the highest floor, the ocean views were still stunning and made the stay very enjoyable. The fitness center has well-maintained equipment, and although I didn’t get a chance to swim due to time constraints, the pool looked clean and inviting. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

I always choose Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre whenever I visit Qingdao, and this stay was just as amazing as all the previous ones! Special thanks to Erin and Daniel at the front desk—when they found out I’m a regular guest, they warmly upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, with vibrant cityscapes stretching across the skyline. The room itself is much more spacious than the standard option, making the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything is within easy reach. Whether you’re heading to shopping areas, tourist spots, or local restaurants, it’s just a short walk or quick ride away. And the breakfast? Simply outstanding. There’s an impressive variety: fresh Chinese options like steamed buns, congee, and hot stir-fries, plus classic Western choices such as croissants, coffee, and salads. Everything is made with care, using high-quality ingredients, and tastes fantastic every morning. From the personal touch of the staff to the unbeatable convenience and delicious food, this hotel truly delivers on every level. If I ever come back to Qingdao, there’s no way I’d stay anywhere else.

Holiday Inn Express Qingdao May Fourth Square Olympic Sailing Center

Staying at this Holiday Inn Express was a real surprise—everything exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable: the subway station is literally right outside the door, and it’s just a short walk to Qingdao’s Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square. You can even reach Taierzhuang Ancient Town in just 5 metro stops. The room was spotless, cozy, and quiet—especially the air conditioning, which warmed the space perfectly during winter without making any noise. The soundproof windows really made a difference; you wouldn’t know there was traffic outside. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—hot porridge, fresh bread, and drinks covered the basics. And with such a great price point, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao.

Oceanwide Elite Hotel

I couldn’t believe it—I returned to the very same room I stayed in as a kid, 15 years later during a business trip. Walking into that space instantly brought back so many childhood memories. Even though it was off-season, every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Manager Zhang at reception and Ms. Liu from housekeeping—they went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, making our mornings truly enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed a few extra days just to soak in the nostalgia and comfort. This place has such a special charm—it’s definitely on my list to visit again.

I stayed in a sea-view room, and waking up to endless ocean views from the bedroom window was magical—plus, you can even catch the light show at May Fourth Square from your room. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with a stylish yet cozy vibe. Even though there’s no elevator, the owner went above and beyond—helped carry my heavy suitcases upstairs, offered water when I left, and even brought back something I accidentally left behind. Such thoughtful service is rare and truly memorable. This place isn’t just affordable—it’s an exceptional value. Keep up the amazing work, owner—you’re definitely on the right track!

While the room itself doesn’t have a bathroom, the overall ambiance, cleanliness, and thoughtful design more than make up for it. The spacious layout and quiet atmosphere create a peaceful retreat. I especially appreciated the convenience of having on-site hot springs, which made my stay even more rejuvenating. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Qingdao.

I've stayed here multiple times and can confidently say this is one of the best spots in Qingdao. The ocean-view room offers a breathtaking panoramic vista—waking up to endless sea views is pure bliss. Located just steps away from May Fourth Square and the Third Seaside Bathing Beach, everything is so convenient. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and well-maintained, and the overall value for money is outstanding. I’ve already planned my next trip back, and it’s definitely going to be here again. It’s in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and not overly busy. There are plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants right downstairs—perfect for late-night snacks or quick meals. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I’ve already stayed here twice and can confidently say I’ll be back again. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend to anyone visiting Qingdao—it’s reliable, well-located, and offers excellent value.
