Staying at Shangri-La Tokyo was an absolute delight. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the subway station, making it easy to explore anywhere in Tokyo, even on rainy days. The direct link to Marui Department Store means shopping is effortless and comfortable. Taxis are readily available just outside the hotel entrance. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
